Homestay is an opportunity to improve your English and develop a deep friendship with a Canadian family over time. The friendship grows from an understanding and acceptance between different cultures that the student and our family introduce to each other. It allows a student to observe and to learn about Canadian culture by participating in normal day-to-day activities.
The Homestay program is becoming more popular as the students return home impressed by the friendliness, openness, and generosity of the Canadian people. They come to respect the freedom and the deep moral purpose of our country.

When you book your Homestay with us you pay no placement or application fees thus providing you with big savings. Other agencies ask that you pay many additional fees.
We offer support to our students and provide 24-hour emergency assistance.

Servicies

We are located about 25-30 minutes from Pearson International Airport.
- We can provide pick-up service when you arrive in Toronto will greet you at the airport
when you arrive and take you to their home.
- We can also assist with your first day of school with public transit, we will show you the
way and help you purchase a metro pass which is a savings pass for Public Transportation.
- We will help you in every way possible. When you book with an agency they charge so
many unnecessary extra fees, we do not charge these fees.
- When you are in Toronto we can recommend sightseeing and give you tips on saving
money for shopping, tours, souvenirs etc ...
- Just find the school you wish to study at while in Toronto and pay your education fee to
the school and book your stay with us.

Our Homestay also provides a laundry facility included in the Homestay meal plan you choose.

 

Reservation

To reserve for our Homestay, simply let us know by email or fax the date(s) and
length of your stay as well as the meal plan of your choice.

Payment

There are three ways that you might pay the up front fees:
1. You can mail a money order to us.
2. You can deposit money into our bank account.
If you elect to use this method, you must add $10 to the total for the wire transfer fees.
You will also need to send us the confirmation number so that we will be able to recognize
that the funds are yours.
3. You may use a local Western Union and send the funds in Toronto. This method is by far
the fastest of the three.

Visa or Student Authorization

Foreign students who want to attend a language school in Canada for more than 12 weeks must go to the nearest Canadian Embassy or Canadian Consulate to apply for a Student Authorization.
Here is a list of some documents you will need to bring to the Canadian Embassy when you apply for a visa:
- letter of Acceptance from Communiqued Language Training Centre to its full-time
programs
- written proof that you have paid your school tuition fees
- certificate of medical insurance
- proof of sufficient funds for living expenses and tuition for the time you will be in Canada
- a valid passport
